Owner-operators Jill and Stephen Nixon welcome you to the first village of The Highlands in The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

The local lochs, fields and rivers, through specialist suppliers allow us to offer a delicious array of foods that can be sampled in our Bistro Restaurant, by the open fire in the Bar or on our Beer Terrace which gives panoramic views to Ben Sheann and beyond (midges and weather not guaranteed!)

All this is complimented by a choice of real ales –we’re now featured in The Good Beer Guide 2009 with interesting wines and a tempting selection of malts.

Where possible we’ve Super King size beds and our comfortable rooms offer a relaxing resting place.

After a hearty breakfast there’s easy access to the hills with walks, cycle-ways - the Sustrans National Cycle Route 7 is on our doorstep golf, fishing and water sports all within easy reach to ensure that the enthusiasts amongst you are not disappointed.
